Even when they are out of the office it never takes them too long to call back. They are very prompt and very friendly. If I have any questions they always call back with an answer. I highly recommend renting from RRMS. EDIT: I am still currently renting the same unit. My above review was written 6 years ago. I am still very happy renting from River Road Mini Storage. Same great Service and people.
Dragon2020-03-03My wife and I have a unit here, she had it before we were married. She refuses to change to another storage facility. After I spoke with the nice lady in the office I understood why. The owners are wonderful. The storage facility itself is clean and secure. The units are spacious and worth every penny. The customer service alone makes it worth have a unit here. My wife, if she could, would move more of her "stuff", as she calls it, to River Road Mini Storage. There are other facilities out there but none compare to the customer service and the quality of service from this facility.
